This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at

How will I receive my order?
All products purchased from the Chalkspot Teacher Store are available to download immediately after you complete your order. Unlike a traditional marketplace, where you would expect to receive your order in the mail, all the resources on Chalkspot Teacher Store are digital goods, and require no physical shipping or shipping costs.
To access your digital resources:
- You place your order and pay for our product.
- Once you have paid for our product, you will see a download link on the order received page.
- You will also receive a download link in the email with your invoice/order notification (see picture below);
- You will also see download links on your ‘My Account’ page if logged in and have set up an account.
The link to download the product is located in the ‘Download’ column. The link expiration will be in the ‘Expires’ column. This is a sample invoice. Product downloads do not have an expiration date.
